If Hotmags have made a mistake by sending you the incorrect fitment or wheel type, then Hotmags will arrange for the incorrect wheels to be picked up and replacement wheels delivered at no charge. If the error was made due to incorrect information being supplied to Hotmags then a freight charge for re-sending and returning the wheels will be on charged to the customer before the replacement wheels are dispatched.
