What happens if goods arrive damaged?
A. We take our packaging and carriage very seriously, this way damages are kept to a minimum. From time to time they can occur however, and if reported within a reasonable time period will be replaced F.O.C. on your next delivery. In most circumstances we will not ask you to return the damaged goods and in an emergency we can usually have replacements dispatched to you within 24 hrs.
