What happens if GCLGS does not meet service level turnaround time?
If everything is received in good order, GCLGS guarantees the turnaround time specified. Turnaround time may be affected by inaccurate submission information, packages that are received in damaged condition or packages that are not clearly marked. In such cases you will be notified. The new service time start date will be the date when all issues are resolved.
