• If your financial institution rejects your automatic payment due to insufficient funds, a closed account or other reasons, South Coast Water District will charge a $20.00 processing fee and will require payment of the bi-monthly bill in full in five days in cash, by cashier’s check or by money order. • If your financial institution rejects your payment and your District account is delinquent, your water will be shut off until the bill is paid in full in cash, by cashier’s check or by money order at our office at 31592 West St. , Laguna Beach . • In addition, South Coast Water District reserves the right to discontinue checking account/s enrolled in the Automatic Bill Payment Program, if your payment is rejected three or more times during your history as a District customer.
