What happens if Elite Auto Shopper locates a vehicle for a client and after agreeing to purchase the vehicle, the client decides that they do not want to purchase the vehicle?
Elite Auto Shopper will use the deposit to take the vehicle back to the auction and resell it. All fees and expenses associated with the disposal of the car and an additional $500 will be retained by Elite Auto Shopper. The residual amount remaining from the original deposit will then be refunded to the client.
