e-FAQ can be configured to send multiple responses back to an inquirer. For natural language queries, e-FAQ ranks matches based upon a linguistic matching calculation. These matches are sent in order of matching – highest match to lowest match. Boolean matches will send back all entries matching the query until it reaches the maximum number configured to be returned to a user.
