What happens if documentation is not handed in on time?
The Supervisor would inform Quality First and the Coordinator/Consultant would work with the centre to decide on a mutually agreeable submission date. If the Supervisor does not submit the documents after three agreed due dates and the Phase is ending the centre may have to start the Phase again and pay a minimal fee towards extension of the 18 month process.
