The Fund’s assets are held by Perpetual Trustee Company Limited so in the event of the failure of the DirectMoney Pty Limited the Fund’s assets remain separate. In the unlikely event that DirectMoney Pty Limited fails the Responsible Entity would appoint a new Investment Manager to manage the Fund.
