What happens if departure is cancelled or delayed ?
MINOAN LINES are not responsible for any delays to or cancellation of the journey for reasons due to bad weather conditions, orders of the Ministry of Commercial Shipping or the Port Authorities, or a force majeur. In such cases, tickets can be refunded at the Central Offices or the agency at which they were issued with the presentation of the full ticket. Passengers who have already embarked must make sure before they disembark to collect the section of their ticket that was held during the ticket control and check in from the ships accounts office. Open Tickets : The ticket remains open and can be used within a year from the date on which it was issued. Return of the whole price of the ticket is only possible in the case of cancellation of the journey due to prohibiting weather conditions or force majeur. If you wish to refund your ticket for any other reason then you are entitled to 50% of the full price that you have already paid.
