What happens if confidential personal information data are found?
TIS will work with the person using the computer and his/her management to ensure there is a legitimate and necessary business reason for maintaining this data. If no such business reason exists, actions will be taken to delete those data. If a legitimate and necessary business reason exists, actions will be taken to move those data to a secure location on a protected server.
