CHECKAlertUSA employs a full staff of trained, professional collectors. When checks are ineligible for ACH processing, the check writer is notified by US Mail and contacted by our collection staff. In due course, if the check writer fails to pay us for your returned check, CHECKAlertUSA will attempt to use criminal prosecution or legal civil remedy to collect the Merchant s money.
