Ans : If an item is returned back to us via royal mail : we will charge a small admin fee of £2.00gbp to send the item again. If its returned to us via courier after 2 attempts (we will check this to make sure : so you don’t loose out) then we will charge £7.00 gbp to ship the item again. If you have any queries regarding this please email us. Please Note : We will email you if your item is returned back to us. Please reply to us within 48 hours or your payment will be refunded and postage costs will be deducted.
