Overdue notices are sent to the borrowing library at regular intervals after the due date. If an item is not returned or failure to respond to a RECALL 30 days past the date due, UF will bill for the price of replacement. If an item is reported lost, UF will bill for the replacement. If the item is returned damaged, the borrowing institution will be billed for repair cost or replacement as appropriate.
