Faculty representatives must complete and submit nominations online no later than 3:00 p.m., Eastern Time, January 26, 2009. There is no grace period after the deadline has passed. Faculty representatives are responsible for submitting the online nomination(s), AND mailing the corresponding supporting documents so that they arrive before the January 26 deadline.
