What happens if an InSite Module breaks or stops working?
TopĀ» A. InSite transceiver modules are extremely rugged; in the unlikely event of a failure, however, the system will recognize the problem and send out an alert. If you believe there is a problem with a module, please contact customerservice@clubcom.com. A customer service representative will walk you through a few basic troubleshooting steps to determine if there has been a failure and, if so, will arrange to get you a replacement module as quickly as possible.
