What happens if an existing building is close to the proposed pipeline route?
REX — East field personnel, in consultation with engineering, environmental, and ROW personnel (where necessary), will route the pipeline to minimize disturbances to existing structures and facilities. Substantial structures and facilities, especially homes, will be avoided during the centerline and workspace survey. If possible, and as necessary, certain mobile or small structures may be moved then restored to as close to their original location as possible.
