What happens if an event is postponed or canceled?
Tickets purchased for a postponed event will be honored on the new date. Events canceled will entitle buyers to a refund, or, their donation of admission can be designated for another event. Any change in event status will be sent via e-mail. Due to the cost of credit card processing, however, convenience charges will not be refunded.
