What happens if an employee does not complete their Questionnaire?

If an employee does not submit a completed Questionnaire by the due date, the existing job description, any previous job Questionnaire information completed for the position and any other appropriate job content information as mutually agreed upon by the Union and the University will be used in the job class creation and rating processes. The employee will not have another opportunity to submit feedback on their position. This is a situation we would like to avoid as both manager and employee feedback is important to the outcome of the project.
