What happens if an EFT does not authorize?
The customer’s order will not be shipped that month and the EFT order will be suspended. SomaLife will attempt to contact the customer although there is no requirement for us to do so. The customer’s $20 deposit will be used to offset NSF (non sufficient funds) bank fees that we incur and a new $20 deposit will be required prior to us processing the next month’s EFT order. A money order for the full payment plus the $20 deposit is required before we can send out the affected months order.
