A12. If a researcher receives an array which is faulty due to the slide or the products and/or the way they have been deposited then it is replaced by CRUKDMF immediately and without hesitation. For the slide type that we have been using for the last three years (GE Healthcare 7* mirror-coated slides) we have encountered only one box (48 slides) which required replacing due to problems with the slide surface. During this period we have printed several thousand of these slides.
