What happens if all raffle tickets are not sold?
If fewer than 1,600 tickets are sold by Noon, March 23, 2010, the raffle will be held as scheduled; however, CCAF may elect in its discretion to reduce the prize amounts so that the aggregate prize awards equal 50% of the Net Raffle Proceeds. For these purposes “Net Raffle Proceeds” are defined as the balance of funds left after paying all Early Bird prizes and all miscellaneous expenses for the BMW Raven Raffle. Any reduction in prize amounts will be made on a pro rata basis in relationship to the stated prize amounts. CCAF’s determination of such amounts will be final and conclusive.
