What happens if a window or windscreen is damaged?
Glass replacement is not included in your lease agreement or covered by the vehicle manufacturer’s warranty. Small chips to the windscreen can be repaired (as long as they are not in the drivers line of sight). Before paying for replacement glass contact your insurance company as many motor insurance policies include ‘free’ windscreen replacement.
