What happens if a thesis cannot be supplied via EThOS?
If in exceptional circumstances a HEI cannot supply a particular thesis to EThOS, and if the thesis is not subject to any other restriction on access, organisations will need to apply directly to the supplying library. They may be able to arrange a conventional direct loan of the paper copy, or a photocopy. UK libraries will still be able to use the British Library voucher system to account for any conventional direct loans.
