What happens if a subscriber upgrades / downgrades his package after recharge?
The recharge benefits will be credited along with the pack subscribed for by the subscriber. Change in the package either upgrade or downgrade would result in lapse of all the benefits of the pack subscribed earlier. For e.g. A Subscriber recharges for Rs200 Silver Card and afterwards uses a Gold Card of Rs500 to recharge his subscription, the benefits credited to subscriber under Silver Card would lapse. He would only get the benefits of the Gold Card.
