How are checks returned with insufficient funds handled? Nationwide Credit Corporation will provide collections on returned checks written to Food and Nutrition Services. Nationwide Credit Corporation is a contract vendor for Fairfax County. A service charge will be assessed the check writer in addition to the face value of the unpaid check.
