The student must re-register for the course and has the option to re-take the final exam at the end of the subsequent term. Students do not have to attend lectures in the failed course throughout the term. This allows students to take advanced courses in the curriculum while simultaneously preparing for the re-take final exam. If a student has failed more than one course, however, then the student must repeat the failed courses in their entirety.
