If the form is incomplete and an assessment cannot be undertaken then the Student Money Service will write to the student requesting the outstanding information. If an assessment was undertaken but the student had not provided all the information relevant to their financial circumstances, they can submit this at a later date and their application will be reviewed in light of the new information.
