These Soldiers are now eligible to receive a retroactive payment for the difference between the 1606 MGIB-SR rate and the 1607 (REAP) rate. The classes have to be taken after or during the deployment. Also be aware that some Soldiers qualify for different amounts of 1607 benefits based on time of deployment.
