What happens if a security scan is not successful?
We monitor the nCircle Certified PCI Scan Service and ensure that every scan request is completed. In case if a security scan is not successful, someone from the nCircle Certified PCI Scan Service team will contact you to gather and provide additional information. After corrective measures have been taken, a re-scan can be initiated. This re-scan will access your network again to reach the appropriate result.
