According to Article 6 of the Asian Dispute Resolution Centre’s Domain Name Dispute Supplemental Rules, if a Respondent does not submit a response, in the absence of exceptional circumstances, the appointed Panel of the relevant Office of the Centre shall decide the dispute based upon the Request for Enforcement.
