What happens if a requestor joins the site or buys my letter and then demands their money back?
New visitors and registered members are given 30 days after their registration or purchase, respectively, to request a refund. If any refunds are requested within this 30 day period, they are honored. As much as we would like to say that there is something that can be done, we can’t. We feel that it is ethically responsible to offer some sort of guarantee on our product in order to give compensation to those who are unsatisfied with their purchase; unfortunately, that offer sometimes attracts those who are in search of ‘Something for Nothing.’ We are proud to say that we get less than one percent who request their money back. We encourage writers to write the best letters they possibly can in order to provide customers the quality that will satisfy them enough to come back for more letters…not for a refund.
