What happens if a rental items gets lost or broken?
We offer an optional Damage Waiver on all rental orders. The Damage Waiver is charged at a rate of 8%, which applies to the entire order. It covers the first $100.00 of breakage and 50% of any damage thereafter. To qualify for the Damage Waiver you must return a piece of the broken item. We do not cover the cost of lost items.
