What happens if a real estate professional accidently marks their own address as spam?
Real estate professionals who unsubscribe from the entire MLS or mark their email as spam cannot send or receive email through Matrix and all of their emails are disabled. To re-subscribe the real estate professional will need to send an email to Optin@mtxmsg.mris.com from the email address they unsubscribed from. This will remove all Matrix applied blocks and allow the real estate professional to receive Matrix email again. A success message will be displayed in the screen verifying this action has been completed.
