What happens if a property does not sell for a profit?
Then Aptigi’s investors, partners, and affiliates lose money. The more critical question is the likelihood of a loss on a particular investment and how that affects Aptigi’s bottom line profit. The entire purpose of Aptigi Properties is to pool investor’s funds together to limit risk – so even if a single investment loses money, the others will usually compensate. It is difficult to judge the exact risk of an investment losing money, expecially since it has never happened. We are confident, however, that the chance of several properties selling for a loss in a small enough timeframe to create a net loss overall is extremely small.
