What happens if a producers address changes and he/she doesn notify the Louisiana Department of Insurance?
There is a $50 penalty charged for having an invalid address on file with our office. Address changes must be reported to the Department of Insurance within ten (10) days of the change. If you are unsure of the address we have on file, please do not hesitate to send our office your correct addresses in writing.
