What happens if a person does not answer the phone?
If a person does not answer the phone or the call goes to an answering machine, the service immediately prepares a redial schedule based on the setup preferences for that user. The setup information includes: – Start Date – End Date – How many times to call person, before raising an alert – The gap between successive phone calls, when redialed In case there is no response even after the last scheduled call, an alert is raised immediately. The service calls the monitoring persons and sends them an email with status information.
