If Debtscape attempts to deduct the payment from your account and there are insufficient funds, you will be notified by phone and mail. You must then make your payment by money order or Western Union for the monthly disbursement that was insufficient.

If your EFT payment is returned twice in a row, we will not attempt to withdraw the funds again. You will need to contact customer service to reestablish the EFT.
