What happens if a Pay & Talk client receives a gift but the sender does not have sufficient funds in his/her account to cover the download?

The recipient will not be able to download the gift and will be sent a notification message. The sender will also receive a message stating that the recipient was unable to download the gift due to insufficient funds in the sender’s account.
