A patient should record his or her iPLEDGE User ID number for future reference. If the patient loses his or her iPLEDGE ID card, there are duplicate tear-off copies located in the patients kit. If the patient does not have any duplicate ID cards available and does not know their ID number he or she should contact the prescriber for the number. Call center agents cannot provide patient ID numbers over the phone to patients, but can provide this information to the prescriber.
