What happens if a participant, spouse or dependent child is unable to come to the JIB Medical Dept. for their annual routine GYN exams?
Effective August 1, 2010, routine annual gynecological visits and associated ancillary services will be covered outside of the JIB Medical Dept. In and out-of-network benefits are available and applicable co-payments will apply. It is advised to use a MagnaCare participating provider in order to avoid additional out of pocket expense.
