This fee is a flat rate per registered account. This amount will be added to the first transaction when opening up an account with Kitco. The initial annual administration fee will be calculated based on the month of the year the first transaction was placed. Therefore, the fee would be pro-rated and the amount would be displayed on the invoice. This fee is non-refundable.
