What happens if a media file breaks in the middle of a media war?
Media Wars Umpires will investigate all media wars that contain broken media, missing links, or removed content. If the media war has completed 50% of its established time period by the time a Media Wars Umpire has investigated the war, then Media Wars declares the winner as whoever was winning at the exact point that 50% of the war was completed. This is declared a final score with the appropriate point allocations. If a media war has not completed 50% of its established time period by the time a Media Wars Umpire has investigated the war, then the war is declared null and void and no point allocations occur.
