What happens if a line needs to be repaired?
Problems with your phone line outside your home are automatically covered by WTC. You would call and report the problem to our Technical Support department. For inside wiring problems, you will want the Home/Business Wire Maintenance Plan on the line, and then the cost will be nothing to you. Labour and materials will be covered by your monthly Wire Maintenance Plan fee (Home Wire Maintenance Plan is $5.00 per month per line; Business Wire Maintenance Plan is $7.50 per month per line). If you are not covered by a WTC Home/Business Wire Maintenance Plan, costs associated with in-line repairs must be incurred by you.
