A. If a licensee fails to reply to the initial audit notice, a second notice will be sent by Certified Mail-Return Receipt Requested. This notice will include information on the ramifications for not responding to the audit to include the staff requesting the Board to authorize an investigation. If the Board determines that the licensee is in violation it may revoke, suspend or refuse to renew the certificate of licensure; issue a reprimand; and levy a civil penalty of up to $5000.00 against Professional Engineers/$2000.00 against Professional Land Surveyors.
