If attempts to obtain voluntary grantee compliance do not produce the progress report, the COPS Office will take the necessary enforcement actions to resolve the compliance issue. Enforcement actions may include suspending current grant funds, terminating the grant, and barring the grantee from receiving any new COPS grant awards for one year.
