What happens if a flash flood keeps my caregiver from arriving on time?
During the rainy season, floods can cause a number of caregivers to call within a short period of time to say they are going to be late. We will telephone you to inform you of the estimated time of arrival and ask if you need a substitute before then. If we are having a large number of caregivers unable to arrive on time, we may have to determine which clients are most in need of a substitute caregiver.
