What happens if a DVD is lost in the mail?
If you suspect a disc is lost in the mail, please contact Customer Support and let us know about it. We’re aware that a disc may occasionally be lost in the mail through no fault of your own. So, if this does happen you’ll be sent a replacement disc. However, if it becomes obvious that the postal service in your area is unreliable, we reserve the right to cancel your membership and we also reserve the right to bill you for unreturned rentals.
