DVDFLIX uses Canada Post Service to ship your DVDs. Through thousands of DVDs we have shipped this method has proven reliable for us. But occasionally a DVD may be lost or misdirected through no fault of our customers. Herefore it is our policy to accept this risk. But we reserve the right to review and in extreme cases to suspend a customers account and collect replacement cost.
