The Pill Dispenser alarm will sound for a predetermined amount of time, usually 15 min. If the alarm is not physically shut off at the dispenser, the Care Call Operator will inquire over the Base Unit Speaker if everything is ok. If no response is received, the operator will begin calling down the designated responder list.
