WHAT HAPPENS IF A DIVORCE OCCURS IN A FAMILY RESIDING IN PPV HOUSING?
As is currently the policy for all Military Family Housing, on the first day a service member resides away from the government quaters, a 30-day notice to vacate must be submitted. The spouse and family will be required to vacate quarters within 30 days of the physical seperation. This also applies to restraining orders against a service member. The lease will be cancelled under this scenario.
